This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, features an open floorplan with high ceilings and solid wood doors. Our Non-Smoking house will be sure to please every guest. The warm Gulf of Mexico waters and beautiful, white sands of nearby Tigertail Beach are perfect for water, sand, and shelling activities. The preferred Southeast exposure of the pool , spa, and lanai make it ideal for all day tanning. Or if you prefer, the extensive decking area provides a shaded area for relaxing or dining. You can even see Marco Island's gorgeous sunsets from the lanai!. All the amenities of home are provided, including a fully-equipped granite and stainless steel kitchen. Bedrooms include the master bedroom suite with king-sized bed with its own private bathroom; the second bedroom features a king-sized bed as well with its own door to the main bathroom; and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
